These terms govern your use of getvantum.com and the tools Vantum hosts there. By using the site or a tool, you agree to them.
Questions: hello@getvantum.com.
What Vantum is
Vantum provides a marketing site, free and early-access tools for fractional operators, and related content. Features may change as the product develops. Early access does not guarantee a future paid plan, pricing, or feature set.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The site is intended for business and professional use, not for children under 16.
Accounts and access
Most current tools do not require creating an account. Some flows ask for your name and email so we can deliver a report or follow up. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping access to that inbox.
Operator tools and AI output
Tools such as the operator diagnostic use AI models to process text you provide and return structured analysis, prompts, images, or email content.
- Output is informational. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
- You decide what to implement in your business. Verify anything material before you act on it.
- Do not paste secrets you are not allowed to share with a processor, including client confidential material you are contractually barred from disclosing.
- We may rate-limit or refuse requests that look abusive, automated at scale, or unsafe for the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the site or API beyond normal use.
- Scrape the site in a way that harms performance or bypasses access controls.
- Use the tools to generate unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting a lead or diagnostic gate form.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission.
Intellectual property
The Vantum name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Vantum or its licensors. You may not use our marks in a way that implies partnership or endorsement without permission.
You keep ownership of content you paste into a tool. You grant Vantum a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested output and operate the service.
Diagnostic reports and generated images created for you may be used by you for your own business. They are not a transfer of Vantum’s underlying product IP.
Third-party services
The site and tools depend on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, contact management, and AI processing. Their availability and policies can affect the service. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the site includes that policy.
Disclaimers
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vantum disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vantum and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or tools.
Our total liability for any claim related to the site or tools will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Vantum for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Vantum harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the tools, your violation of these terms, or content you submit that you were not entitled to share.
Termination
We may suspend or stop access to a tool or the site if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service. You may stop using the site at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in that venue will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to those mandatory protections.
