This policy explains what Vantum collects when you use getvantum.com and our operator tools, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.

What this covers
This policy applies to the marketing site, the operator diagnostic, and related hosted tools on getvantum.com. If we add a product that needs a different notice, we will say so on that surface.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Name and email when you submit early access, a lead magnet, or the operator diagnostic email gate.
- Newsletter consent when you check the optional marketing box. Leaving it unchecked means we send the diagnostic and skip newsletter enrollment.
- Diagnostic input you paste into the operator diagnostic so we can generate your readout, images, and email copy.
- Messages you send if you reply to our emails or write hello@getvantum.com.
Information collected automatically
- IP address used for rate limiting on image generation and abuse prevention.
- Basic request metadata such as timestamps and which tool endpoint you hit.
- Browser storage for theme preference and short-lived session state inside a tool (for example, whether you already passed the email gate in this session).
How we use it
- Deliver your operator diagnostic by email and show the report in the browser.
- Generate diagnostic images and copy for the report you requested.
- Add you to our contact system so we can send the diagnostic and, if you consented, newsletter or product updates.
- Respond to support or product questions.
- Protect the service with rate limits and basic abuse controls.
- Improve the tools using aggregate patterns, not by publishing your private paste content.
Who we share it with
We use processors to run the product. They only get what they need to do that job:
- Resend to send diagnostic emails.
- ActiveCampaign to store contacts and handle optional newsletter enrollment.
- AI model providers (via our API routing) to transform the text you paste into a structured diagnostic and related images.
- Hosting for the website and API.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your diagnostic paste as a marketing lead list.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage for theme preference and light session state inside tools. We do not run a heavy advertising cookie stack on the marketing site. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Retention
Contact records stay in our email system until you ask to be removed or until we no longer need them for the purpose collected. Diagnostic paste content is processed to produce your report. Generated images may be cached briefly to avoid regenerating the same output. Rate-limit counters are short-lived.
Your choices
- Skip newsletter consent and still receive your diagnostic.
- Email hello@getvantum.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion where applicable.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages when newsletter enrollment is active.
Children
Vantum is built for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
International users
Our processors and hosting may operate in the United States and other countries. If you use the site from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country under this policy.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
